An EP and catchy debut single from Caroline Glaser

Fans of The Voice likely remember Caroline Glaser.

She was 19 when she auditioned for Season 4.

Her experience to that point: Playing her indie-folk style music at open mic nights in front of very small crowds.

But Caroline made it to the Top 20 on the show.

And she’s now released her first EP, “Caroline Glaser Vol. 1.”

The EP includes three tracks. The toe-tapper of the group is definitely the single, “Money Tree,” which I’ve embedded below.

Caroline told Billboard that she co-wrote the song around Thanksgiving, after a show in Tennessee.

She also co-wrote “Rosalee,” the second track on the EP.

And the best news of all for Caroline fans comes in that title. You know, the Vol. 1 part.

“I am so eager to get back into the studio,” she told Billboard. “This is just Volume One, and I have two and three figured out already.”

Fans of Caroline might also want to check out a single called “Let It Ride,” released by The New Velvet earlier this year. It’s also available on iTunes.
