* Riley Biederer from Season 9 released the pop single “What the F–k I Did,” her second release of 2020 on Friday. She co-wrote the catchy uptempo tune with Scott Effman and Andrea Rosario. Writes Riley on Instagram: “I love this song so much I cannot explain how happy I am to have it out in the universe. Hope you all enjoy dancing to this as much as I do.” Riley’s previous 2020 release was “Too Much,” which came out in February.

* Brian Scartocci from Season 3 has delivered a pair of new songs featuring his retro-soul sound. The double single “Trust in Love” and “No Kind of Pitiful” represent his first releases of 2020. “I’m thankful and I’m excited to offer these to you — new, original words and melodies. I hope they find their place in your heart,” writes Brian on Instagram.

* Gary Carpentier from Season 13 collaborated with Stephen Brown for a new original called “Time for Me.” “Really relevant to everything going on right now and just a good message to live by when life is getting out of hand and you need to slow things down,” writes Gary on Instagram. There’s an accompanying quarantine style music video with Gary singing on one screen, Stephen playing guitar in another.

In addition …

* MaKenzie Thomas from Season 15 released a cover of “Love on the Brain” by Rihanna.

* Chloe MK, the Season 13 champ as Chloe Kohanski, is featured on a new single called “Baby, You’re a Good One” by Blonder.
